How is a unit counted?
There are two kinds of unit and both cost the same. The products you choose decide what gets counted.
Per user
WProposal, WTask, WLeads, WPerf and WFinance are the panels your team works in; every user who signs in counts as one unit.
Per customer portal
WSupport is the panel your customers log into. Only customers you open a portal for are billed; customer records added without a portal are free.

Pricing questions
01Do I pay for each product separately?
No. Every product shares the same unit price and your selection lands on one invoice. Adding a product does not multiply the bill unless your unit count changes.

No. Only customers you open a WSupport portal for are billed. Customer records kept without a portal are free.
03What happens when the trial ends?
After 30 days the first period is charged based on the products and unit count you chose. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
04Can I switch to annual billing later?
Yes. On the annual cycle you pay 10 months and get 2 months free.
05Can I change the number of users later?
Yes. Unit counts go up and down with usage, and the next invoice is calculated from the current count.
