Customers book themselves
Open a booking page for your business and customers pick the service, staff member, day and time themselves. Bookings arrive outside working hours too, without waiting for the phone to ring.

Define services with duration and price, set staff and working hours, and let customers book themselves from the web or WhatsApp.
Open slots are calculated from service duration, buffers and working hours.
Struck-through slots are taken — no double booking.
Core workflow
Enter each service’s duration, price and buffer, then set working hours per staff member or room.
Share the page for your business so customers can see open slots and book themselves.
Approve the booking or let it confirm instantly, then follow completed, cancelled and no-show records.
WReservation is a web-based booking management tool that handles appointments for service businesses. It calculates open slots from service duration, staff availability and working hours, and lets customers book themselves through a shared page or over WhatsApp. It is part of the WApps suite.
Problem and approach
WReservation owns the stretch from taking a booking to completing it: defining services and durations, staff and room availability, working hours and blocked times, customer self-booking, approval and recording no-shows. What it does not do is equally clear: it does not collect payment or issue invoices (WFinance), manage support requests (WSupport) or build proposals (WProposal). Online payment collection is outside its scope.
Impact on the workflow
Open a booking page for your business and customers pick the service, staff member, day and time themselves. Bookings arrive outside working hours too, without waiting for the phone to ring.
Customers can also book by messaging on WhatsApp: service, staff, date and time are asked step by step, then name and phone are collected and the booking is created. They never leave the channel they already use.
Service duration, the buffer you set before and after, staff working hours and blocked times are all evaluated together, so a second booking never lands on an occupied slot.
Implementation notes
Each service is defined with duration, price, currency, capacity and colour, with separate buffer time before and after.
Opening and closing times per weekday, mid-day breaks and slot intervals are configured; holidays and leave are marked as blocked time.
A booking's subject can be a staff member, a generic resource, a room or a piece of equipment, each with its own availability.
Customers book through a page at your business's own address, which you can keep open or closed.
A WhatsApp number is connected and the booking flow runs in chat; the confirmation message template is configured in the product.

Frequently asked questions
No. Bookings are created from the page you share using just a name and phone number; there is no sign-up step.
No. WReservation manages the booking, not the payment. You can display the price on the service, and use WFinance to track collection.
Next step
Choose whether a booking is confirmed immediately or waits for your approval. Approval mode suits limited capacity; instant mode suits high-volume standard services.
A resource isn't only a person: rooms, chairs or equipment can be booked too. A service that occupies both a staff member and a room is managed as a single record.
Bookings are tracked as pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled, no-show and expired. Your no-show rate stops being a feeling and becomes a measurable number.
Utilisation, distribution by service and staff, and the no-show rate are reported in the panel.
Yes. Each staff member is a separate resource with their own working hours and blocked times, and customers can choose a staff member when booking.
