A professional proposal in minutes
Section templates and a reusable service catalog let you assemble proposals instead of writing them from scratch. Cover, scope, pricing table and terms come together in one consistent document style.
WProposal
WProposal is the proposal module of the WApps business management ecosystem. Build professional proposals from your service catalog in minutes, send them with a share link, and track views and approvals from a single panel — instead of scattering the process across spreadsheets, email and messaging apps.

WProposal is a web-based proposal management tool built for service businesses to create and track sales proposals. It turns your service catalog into branded proposals in minutes, sends them with a share link, and shows views, revisions and approval status in a single panel. It is part of the WApps suite and is priced at ₺99 per unit per month.
Problem and approach
WProposal owns the stretch from building a proposal to recording its outcome: picking line items from a catalog, setting up packages and payment plans, producing a branded document, sending it via a share link, tracking views and approval, and keeping every revision. What it does not do is equally clear: it does not issue invoices or keep your books (that is WFinance), it does not manage your sales pipeline (WLeads), and it does not execute contracts. A client's acceptance is an approval record with name, email, timestamp and IP — it is not a qualified electronic signature.
Impact on the workflow
Section templates and a reusable service catalog let you assemble proposals instead of writing them from scratch. Cover, scope, pricing table and terms come together in one consistent document style.
Proposals go out via a share link, and the draft, sent, viewed, accepted, rejected and expired stages are tracked in the panel. How many times a proposal was opened and when it was last seen are recorded, so you know at a glance which one is waiting for an answer.
A client opens the proposal in a browser and accepts or rejects it without creating an account. An approval stores their name, email, timestamp and IP, and freezes the accepted amount; a rejection keeps the stated reason on the proposal.
Implementation notes
An account-level service catalog and industry-based proposal templates are built in; line items are filled from the catalog automatically. Any proposal you build can be saved as a template and reused.
Editing sessions are versioned server-side; recent versions are retained and restores are non-destructive.
Proposals export to PDF from the browser in one click, with consistent pagination and document styling.
Logo, colours and document settings live in a brand profile. The moment a proposal is sent, that branding is copied into the proposal, so changing your brand later never alters proposals already in a client's hands.
If you sell hardware alongside services, brands, models and technical specifications live in a catalog. Added to a proposal, the chosen specs become columns in the pricing table and are frozen on that proposal.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. You can enable only WProposal in your WApps account. Pricing is per seat, not per product; every team member you add can use all enabled products.
Your account starts with a 30-day free trial at signup. No credit card is required during the trial; afterwards you can switch to a monthly or yearly subscription.
Next step
A proposal can carry several packages: add-on packages are added to the total, while alternative packages let the client pick one. You present different scope and budget options for the same job in a single document.
Define terms as a deposit-and-balance split, an installment plan or free text, with each entry carrying a percentage, amount and due day. The payment conversation no longer happens in a separate thread after the proposal.
Every editing session is stored automatically as a version. Restoring an earlier version never loses data, and it stays clear which version the client saw.
Open a proposal from a WLeads opportunity with one click; when the proposal is sent, the lead stage updates automatically. Proposals stop being a disconnected step in your sales process.
Connect WProposal to your own AI assistant and draft proposals by describing them: it builds drafts from your templates and catalog and reads existing proposals. The assistant only writes drafts — it cannot send or delete, so the decision stays with you.
Monthly or yearly maintenance packages are defined in their own catalog and attached to proposals. Each proposal carries a validity date and currency, and proposals past their date are marked with a separate status.
Copy an existing proposal in one click and adapt it for a new client — similar jobs never start from a blank page.
WProposal uses the members, customers and subscription infrastructure of your WApps account; lead-to-proposal handoff with WLeads is built into the product.
The proposal is sent with a client-specific share link. The client views it in the browser without creating an account and can accept or reject it on the same screen. An acceptance records their name, email, timestamp and IP and freezes the accepted amount; a rejection keeps the stated reason on the proposal.
Yes. Connect WProposal to your own AI assistant to list and read proposals and draft new ones by describing them. The assistant only produces drafts — it cannot send or delete proposals. Prices from your templates and catalog are preserved exactly; the assistant does not invent figures.
Yes. Add-on packages are added to the grand total, while alternative packages let the client choose one. This lets you present different scope and budget options for the same job in a single proposal.
